Photography by Staci Heffner. This site is run by professionals and carries a wide variety of departments and activities. Not only can one post gazillions of photos, but others have the opportunity to discuss them and comment on them without the pressure of ratings or contests. There is a monthly contest for those who are interested. You may set up your own website within theirs to help promote and sell your work. One of the most spectacular things about this site is their extensive number of online photography courses on many topics and all levels. There is a charge for these, but they are rated very high in the industry and the course includes attention from your instructor, not just a bunch of web pages to read. A great little site for viewing and schmoozing. No costs. No contests. Photos can receive comments and be rated 1-5. If you wish, this site will email you when you receive comments so you know when there has been activity on your photos. Very non-competitive.
